- What is the printing process?
We use four colors (CMYK) offset for all of our products. This enables unlimited color combinations and optimum print quality.
- Can I request for a different finishing or printing process for my orders?
No. You have to keep to our printing. This is to ensure the quality consistency of our products and to keep your cost down.
For special print requests, you have to request it for a special quotation.
Artwork
- Do you offer artwork design services?
Our design services are based on availability. However, we have provided a list of recommended designers that you can work with.
- Do you provide artwork proof checking services?
No. You have to confirm the final artwork before sending it to us for printing. We do not review artwork/documents for content or spelling.
- What file format should I use to save my artwork?
For all our products, we accept the artwork in:
- Adobe Illustrator (AI)
- How do I send my artwork?
Email it to us at customerservice [at] dmatterdesign.com along with your quote ID.
- Can I change my design after submitting it?
YES. You can cancel your order after you have submitted your artwork on the same day before printing in process (4pm).
Call +6017 669 6658 or email customerservice to cancel your order. Then, place your new order accordingly. You are encouraged to check your artwork thoroughly before sending it for printing. - Can I order my business card in other sizes?
YES. We provide custom size for both Digital and Offset Business Cards. The business card size should be smaller than our maximum size which is 90mm x 54mm (actual size) else it will be considered as 2 units size.
- Will the color of my printed product match 100% to the original color of my artwork?
NO. It is a known fact within the printing industry that 100% process color accuracy is not presently possible with the current print technology. Therefore, even if a printing company were to employ highly experienced personnel including the latest press technology, the outcome color of the printed product will always differ from the original artwork. The level of difference however is subject from printing company to printing company.
- Can I print anything I want?
Yes you can, as long as what you are printing does not conflict with the Malaysian printing and publication law. We will not print jobs that contain offensive literature or images. This includes information that are politically, religiously or racially, sensitive. We will not be responsible for any infringement of artwork content.
Order
- How do I enquire for a quotation?
Product enquiries can be made online through our website. Just fill in the quotation form and we will email you the quote as soon as possible.
- How do I confirm my order?
If you have agreed to purchase the quoted order, Simply email us your quote ID and your artwork/document. We will then email you an invoice/purchase order for you to make your payment.
- How do I pay for my order?
Upon receiving the invoice/purchase order, you are required to make your payment via Cash deposit/3rd party transfer/cheque to:

- Can I cancel or change my order?
YES. You can cancel or change your order after you have submitted your artwork on the same day before printing in process (4pm). Call us at +6017 669 6658 or email customerservice [at] dmatterdesign.com to cancel your order.
- How can I keep track of my orders?
Just call or email us with your invoice ID to enquire the status of your order.
- Will I get any invoice for my order? How will I get it?
You will receive you invoice via email. A copy will also be sent to you along with your ordered goods.
- What do I do if I am dissatisfied with my order?
If you are not satisfied with any product, please call us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please specify your order, and reason for dissatisfaction.
We will review your request and work with you to meet your expectations.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the artwork/document creation process. We do not review artwork/documents for content or spelling. We will not be held responsible for damages during the delivery process.
Delivery
- Will I have to pay for the delivery of my goods?
We provide free delivery within the Klang Valley. You will need to bare the postage cost for other areas/states. Email us for postage details.
- How will you deliver my goods?
All goods are delivered by our appointed courier services. We only works with reliable courier services that have good track records. (Post Laju/DHL/UPS)
- When will my goods arrive?
Please give at least 3-4 working days to receive your goods.
- Which areas does your delivery service cover?
Our appointed courier service provider delivers to all states in Malaysia.
- Can I collect my orders personally from your office?
Yes. You can collect your order after the production has been completed. Kindly make an appointment with us before you come to collect your order.
- Do you guarantee on time delivery of my goods?
While we are committed to the timely delivery of goods to you, we cannot guarantee you 100% punctuality due to factors such as weather, emergencies and the efficiency of the courier service.
- What should I do if I don’t receive my orders on time?
